The offices of VP Planning execute the following objectives and policies:
1.producing the mid-term and long-term planning; budgeting, and their reports
2.Gathering information, data, and statistics and analyzing them in order to serve the University's
3.Formulating the budget of all units in the context of the approved plan, and their performance
4.Compiling the qualitative and quantitative indicators used to evaluate the productivity of the University
5.Study and research on improvement of method and facilities of education, research, and financial resources
6.Creation of intellectual and financial motivations for human resources of the University: Faculty members, students and staff
7.Managing the education-in-employment programs for
non-educational staff
