Science & Technology Park
The Science and Technology Park was established in 2001 with the following objectives: 1.Train University graduates to create, invest and develop business companies in the society 2.Promote and publicize creativity and innovation motives in an academic society 3.Plan and conduct scientific, applied and developmental researches to discover the constraints in the creation of knowledge based companies

Idea Development and Future Study Center
The Idea Development and Future Study Center, established at the Park, has three departments:
1.Think Tank: Receives ideas, processes and conducts further study and research for decisions and policies made in the domains of cultural, social, political and economical sectors. It also provides solutions for national problems and challenges
2.Crisis Management and Future Study: Study and research in areas of natural and virtual crisis which occur in the present or future
3.Development of Technological Ideas: Receives, maintains, supports, develops and introduces new and creative technological ideas to contribute to the advancement of research and development in science. The following activities are among the main objectives and activities of the Center:
1.Formulating strategies and designing developmental models
2.Recognizing current critical subjects in various scientific and industrial domains
3.Publication of a journal titled “Future Studies”
4.Creating future study groups for the Country’s provinces
5.Providing consultation to other future study groups

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Center
Invention is a new scientific or technical idea that is replicable at an economical cost, and must satisfy a specific need. It is obvious that only very few inventions lead to innovations because not all of them are economically feasible. Hence, innovation is the process by which an idea or invention is translated into a good or service. Innovation is the entrepreneurship spirit. Entrepreneurship is a process to reach the goals of innovation. Founded in 2002, the Center has the mission to support creative ideas presented by students, graduates, researchers and academic staff of the University and to turn them into innovative and entrepreneurial ideas. In reality, it is the first link in the process of "creative idea to product". The Center consists of two sections: "Innovation Development Unit" and "Entrepreneurship Clinic".

Journal of Entrepreneurship
“Research” is a biannual scientific and research-based English publication of the Center. The Center has also published various books such as Principle of Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship in Governmental Organizations, Entrepreneurship in Civil Society Institutions, Building of the Learning Organization", "Creativity: the Essence of Entrepreneurship.

Incubator Center
The Incubator Center is a support institute that offers entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop their innovative technological ideas, set up new businesses and commercialize them. Unique features of the Incubator Center are its multidisciplinary function (hosting various companies in Engineering, Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, Agriculture, Science); providing easy access to state universities and industrial/commercial centers; and integration with the Science and Technology Park. The Center provides the following services to entrepreneurs with new ideas and commercial plans: 1.Office spaces, equipments, auditorium, laboratory and workshop spaces 2.Administrative and Technical support 3.Consultation on legal, financial and management issues 4.Providing financial services through local banks 5.Intellectual property services

Center for Intellectual Property & Commercialization
The Center for Intellectual Property and Commercialization is responsible for promoting and facilitating disposition and registration of intellectual property created by the participating companies in the Incubator and Entrepreneurship Centers as well as the industrial section of the Park. The following activities are among the main objectives and activities of the Center: 1.Facilitate the research achievements leading to new innovations
2.Arrange joint venture research programs with companies inside and outside the University
3.Commercialize registered patents
4.Provide consultation in the process of applying for patent registration
5.Protect the intellectual property rights of innovators
6.Conduct international seminars and workshops

Industry Clinic
Industry Clinic enjoys the support of the Ministry of Industry and Mine and attempts to provide solutions to the problems of industry by providing technical consultations.Its on-going goals are offering specialized and technical consultation to industry and mining units; creating a network of industrial specialists, professors, and laboratories; shaping a Government-University-Industry (GUI) relationship; strengthening R&D in industry and knowledge management; promotion of standards of goods and services in industries.
