Future Prospects
Currently, the Faculty of World Studies has seven departments and a center for religious studies. The Faculty has already received the permission for offering 13 more programs. A plan is under way to offer PhD programs for North American Studies in 2010. Establishing an undergraduate program in World Studies is also under review at the Faculty, which will prepare a considerable number of qualified candidates for the different graduate programs of the Faculty.
