University of Tehran, Aras International Campus (UTAIC)
In response to the widespread requests, the University of Tehran decided to establish its Aras International Campus (AIC) in summer 2010. AIC is located in Aras Trade and Industrial Free Zone at the beautiful Aras River Coast bordering the Republic of Armenia and Autonomous Republic of Nakhjavan, in the Town of Jolfa, North Eastern Iran.
UTAIC is dedicated to the delivery of programs of the highest quality and strives to contribute to the training of students, enhancement of scientific research and development of advanced technologies through the development of strong scientific links with local and foreign educational and research institutions. UTAIC admits local and international students who are interested in harnessing our diverse and modern academic and research facilities.
Applications are evaluated on an individual basis. After their academic and educational records have been reviewed, applicants may be interviewed before any decision is made regarding their application. Applicants for undergraduate programs should present their official high school degree and other pre-university documents confirmed by the relevant authorities of their respective countries. Postgraduate applicants, in addition to the above documents, should also present their approved Bachelor’s Degree.
