School of Biology
Since 1949, the Department of Biology (the present School of Biology) was established in the present venue and began to admit students to undergraduate and graduate programs. At present, the School admits students in the following disciplines and majors at Bachelor's, Master's and PhD programs:
It admits students in Biology, which includes four majors in Botanical Sciences, Animal Sciences, Microbiology and Cellular-Molecular Sciences. In addition to taking credits, for the purpose of learning the principles of Biology, the students of these majors learn the specific concepts of each of the four majors.
Admits students in Botanical Sciences (majors: Physiology and Ecology-Systematic), Animal Sciences (Animal Physiology, Animal Bio-Systematic and Evolutionary Biology), Microbiology and Cellular- Molecular Sciences).
It admits students at the PhD level in the fields of Botanical Physiology, Botanical Systematic, Animal Physiology, Animal Biosystematics and Microbiology.
