School of Chemical Engineering
The Faculty of Chemical Engineering with more than 50 years of educational and research experience trains skillful experts in: Refinery Industries, Mining Chemical Industries, Gas Industries, Food Industries, Biotechnology and recently, Polymer Engineering. Having established the Master’s program in oil, it has admitted students to this program since September 1993. The result of the constant and planned implementation of the above courses is the establishment of the Institute of Petroleum, which began its work in 2000. The School of Chemical Engineering has been recognized as the Center of Excellence for Oil and Gas by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. This School admits students to undergraduate and graduate levels in the following disciplines:
1.Bachelor’s programs: Chemical Engineering (Cellulose Industries, Mining Chemical Industries, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas Refinery Industries, and Food and Polymer Industries)
2.Master’s programs: Process Engineering, Hydrocarbon Reservoirs, Polymer Engineering, Simulation, Optimization and Process Control, Catalyst and Reaction Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Food Engineering, Paper Industries, Biotechnology and Environment Engineering
3.PhD programs: Oil Chemical Engineering and Nano-Technology
