Institute of Comparative Law
The Institute of Comparative Law was established in 1973. It is one of the research institutes affiliated with the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at the University of Tehran. It has a director and 5 research staffs who are members of the Faculty. It also has 3 independent members, one research expert and 25 part-time researchers. The Institute's five research divisions are as follows:
1.Islamic Law
2.Roman Law
3.English and American Law
4.Socialism Law
5.IP Law The Institute has an independent scientific Journal which was first published in 1976.
