About Institue
The Institute of Hydraulic Machinery was established in 2005 with the cooperation of College of Engineering of the University and the Ministry of Energy. The Institute is located in the Amirabad Campus of the College of Engineering and has laboratory facilities for testing pumps and hydraulic turbines. The Institute's activities are in the three fields of education, research, and technology transference. In collaboration with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, the Institute accepts MSc students in Hydraulic Turbo Machinery and a PhD program will start in 2010.
